Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, instant coffee, and salt.
  • Stir in nut butter until well combined.
  • Slowly add almond milk while whisking until creamy.
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stir in chia seeds, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  • Stir again before serving in jars or bowls.
