Ingredients
  

Pasta Base

  • 1 pound macaroni noodles Classic base for mac and cheese.

Cheese Mixture

  • 454 grams Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes Optional, for a silky texture.
  • 907 grams Colby Jack cheese, shredded Preferred cheese for melting.

Creamy Sauce

  • 710 milliliters heavy whipping cream Creates a luscious sauce.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Adds depth to the flavor.

Seafood

  • 1 bag jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined Main seafood component.
  • 1 can lump crab meat, drained Adds richness and flavor.
  • 1 bag crawfish tails, thawed and rinsed Enhances the seafood flavor.

Seasoning

  • 3 teaspoons Kinder’s Seafood Blend For flavor enhancement.
  • 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning Adds Cajun spice.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder For additional flavor.
  • 3 teaspoons Accent flavor enhancer Boosts flavors.
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper For spicing.

Garnish

  • Chopped parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pour heavy whipping cream into a saucepan over low heat. Add cream of chicken soup and cubed Velveeta cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Sprinkle in seasoning (Kinder's Seafood Blend, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, Accent, and black pepper) and mix thoroughly.

Cooking Pasta and Seafood

  • Boil macaroni noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large baking dish.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet, sauté crawfish tails for 2-3 minutes, then warm lump crab meat. Set seafood aside.
  • Sauté jumbo shrimp in the skillet until they turn opaque pink, or cook in an air fryer.

Assembly

  • Pour half of the cheese sauce over the macaroni noodles and mix well.
  • Layer sautéed seafood over the macaroni, then drizzle remaining cheese sauce on top.
  • Top with remaining shredded Colby Jack cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.

Baking

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (177°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese bubbles and turns golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use quality cheese and season generously. Leftovers improve with time and can be reheated easily.
