  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Choose your favorite brand or make your own.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese More cheese can enhance richness.
  • 1 pack biscuit dough Crescent dough can be used for a flakier finish.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.
  • to taste garlic powder Optional; adds extra flavor.
  • for brushing amount olive oil For a golden brown finish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces, flattening each piece into a round shape.
  • Scoop a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a moment before serving warm.

Notes

Make sure not to overfill the dough to prevent spills. Feel free to customize fillings and seasonings.
