  • 4 cups chicken broth Use low-sodium broth for better control over salt levels.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds a pungent punch to the dish.
  • 1 no. onion, diced Adds layers of sweetness when sautéed.
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds Brings brightness and sweetness to the dish.
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning Adds a delightful coastal touch.

  • for garnish Chopped green onions Adds fresh crunch on top.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a bit of oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add corn and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in shrimp and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, cooking until shrimp are opaque.
  • Meanwhile, prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  • Once shrimp are cooked and noodles are ready, combine them in the broth and season with salt and pepper.
  • Finish with chopped green onions for garnish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently, adding broth or water as needed to revive noodles.
