Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and garlic powder (if using).
  • Mix well using your hands until fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking
