Cooking the Ribeye

  • Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Season the ribeye generously with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Transfer the cooked steak to a plate and cover with foil to rest.

Making the Loaded Mashed Potatoes

  • In a saucepan, combine warm mashed potatoes, butter, and sour cream.
  • Fold in half of the shredded cheese until well mixed.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining cheese, green onions, and turkey bacon bits.

Sautéing the Asparagus

  • Sauté in the skillet over medium heat for about 4-6 minutes until bright green and tender.
