  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Choose ripe and plump raspberries.
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam Adds a unique swirl that’s sweet and gooey.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate to balance tartness.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and chocolate chips (if using).
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and swirl in the raspberry jam.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, then perform the toothpick test.
  • Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
