Ingredients
  

  • 5 mini bagels, halved
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or halal sausage slices (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  • Optional: Lightly brush bagel halves with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  • Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
  • Add mini pepperoni or halal sausage slices on top, if using.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the bagels.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
