  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust based on preference.
  • 2 cloves garlic (fresh minced) Fresh is best for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated) For a zesty flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for frying) Use a neutral oil.

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the potstickers until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots until tender but still crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the vegetables and cook for another minute.
  • Return the potstickers to the skillet and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes to coat.
