  • 2 cups stuffing mix Flavor base for the dish
  • 1 cup gravy Ties the dish together

  • 2 large eggs Acts as a binding agent
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery Adds crunch
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion Essential for the aroma
  • to taste none salt and pepper Enhances the flavors
  • as needed none butter or oil for greasing muffin tin Prevents sticking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, chopped celery, chopped onion, beaten eggs, and half of the gravy.
  • Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Grease the muffin tin with butter or oil.
  • Scoop the turkey and stuffing mixture into each muffin cup until they are about 3/4 full.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of each cup, if desired.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Drizzle with the remaining gravy before serving.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Check the expiration date on the stuffing mix to ensure freshness. Avoid overpacking the muffin cups to prevent overflow. You can customize the recipe with various spices or vegetables.
