  • 1 teaspoon salt Essential for flavor; adjust to taste.

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt Can be substituted with mayonnaise or sour cream.
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder Balances the flavors.

Optional Garnish

  • parsley For a pop of color.
  • chili pepper flakes For a hint of heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Divide chicken breasts into strips for even cooking and soak them in milk for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Mixing the Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, half of the parmesan, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

Baking

  • Arrange marinated chicken in a baking dish, coat with the yogurt mixture, and sprinkle with remaining parmesan and paprika.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes, and broil briefly at the end for a golden top if desired.
  • Let the chicken rest before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken marinate longer for deeper flavor. Adjust seasonings and add vegetables as desired.
