  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce Adds a spicy kick.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley For garnish and added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the glaze over the cauliflower and toss until well coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, make sure the cauliflower is in a single layer to avoid sogginess. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days and reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness.
