Preparation

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the yolks until creamy, then add mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, followed by salt and pepper, mixing until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the chopped shrimp and hot honey sauce without overmixing.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or pastry bag.
  • Sprinkle chopped chives on top and optionally drizzle with extra hot honey.
  • Serve chilled for the best flavor.
