  • 1-2 Green Chilies, sliced Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced Any color works, typically red or yellow.
  • 1 Carrot, julienned Adds sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets For added texture and health.
  • Salt to taste Always taste prior to serving.
  • Spring Onions for garnish Spring Onions For that final touch.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Noodles

  • Boil water in a large pot. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Sautéing Aromatics

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced green chilies; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Cooking Vegetables

  • Add sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combining Noodles and Sauce

  • Add the drained noodles to the pan and pour in the soy sauce, mixing well to coat everything.

Finishing Touch

  • Season with salt to taste and toss everything together. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.

Notes

Prep all ingredients ahead of time for a smoother cooking experience. Don't overcook noodles; they should be al dente.
