  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adds sweetness and umami.

  • Lemon Slices For garnish and added citrus flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the Mahi Mahi fillets into the greased baking dish and drizzle the seasoning mixture over the top, ensuring they are well coated.

Baking

  • Slide the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
