  • Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh cilantro and serving.

Notes

Let the chicken marinate for an hour for deeper flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C). Pair with vegetables for a complete meal.
