  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Gives a stretchy, cheesy finish.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred for best flavor.
  • 2 cloves minced garlic Sautéed in olive oil for flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium skillet, add a splash of olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  • Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, approximately 3 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Fold in the sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, smoothing out the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Optional: For a crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
