Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails

  • 2 pieces Lobster Tails (Fresh for best flavor) Fresh lobster packs a flavor punch you just can’t replicate with frozen varieties.

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter Using unsalted allows you to control the overall saltiness.
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic Gives the sauce depth and aroma.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes Adds just the right amount of heat.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Finely chopped) Adds freshness and complements seafood.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Brightens the sauce.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Brings all flavors together.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Adds warmth.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place lobster tails on a cutting board. Cut down the center of the top shell with kitchen scissors, stopping at the tail.
  • Gently pull the meat to rest on top of the shell for even cooking.

Making the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until combined.

Cooking

  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Place lobster on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and soft.

Finishing Touch

  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the lobster tails before serving.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
