Topping

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is preferred.
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs Gives a unique crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean the mushrooms with a damp towel and remove the stems.
  • In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and garlic herb cheese.
  • Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl, mixing everything together.

Stuffing and Topping

  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  • In another bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, and olive oil. Mix until the breadcrumbs are well coated.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over each stuffed mushroom.

Roasting

  • Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oven and let cool briefly.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
