Butter and Oils

Seasonings

  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced) Fresh garlic is essential.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce Ensure it’s gluten-free if required.
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Swap with tamari for gluten-free.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly cracked) Add generously for warmth.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped) Use as a vibrant garnish.

Preparation

  • Chop parsley, mince garlic, and prepare the baby Bella mushrooms.

Cooking

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add baby Bella mushrooms, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan, and cook until golden.
  • After 3-5 minutes, stir in Worcestershire and soy sauce, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add freshly cracked pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop for best results. Avoid washing mushrooms with water; wipe them clean instead.
