  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Adds a hint of sweetness.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the broccoli florets, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Use your hands to mix until combined and form small rounds, 1-2 inches in diameter.
  • Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Place the rounds on the greased baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lower calorie option, replace cheese with nutritional yeast. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure proper crisping.
