  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it’s softened to avoid clumping.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances the flavor of the filling.
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Complements the savory notes.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for flavor enhancement.

For assembly

  • 1 can crescent rolls Regular kind works best; avoid extra flaky.
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted For brushing on top before baking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.

Assembly

  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly.
  • Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

These rolls can be frozen uncooked and baked from frozen. Great for make-ahead meals!
