Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and paprika to make the burger sauce. Set aside.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • Assemble tacos by placing a scoop of cooked beef on each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese so it starts to melt.
  • Add diced pickles, tomatoes, red onion, and shredded lettuce if using.
  • Drizzle each taco with the prepared burger sauce. Fold tortillas and serve immediately.
