Instructions
 

Cooking the Meat

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add bacon and sausages. Cook the bacon until crispy and sausages until browned.

Cooking the Eggs

  • Push the bacon and sausages to the side and crack in the eggs. Cook to your liking, either sunny-side-up or scrambled.

Toasting the Bread

  • While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden.

Preparing Avocado and Tomatoes

  • Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the tomatoes as preferred.

Assembling the Breakfast

  • Plate the toasted bread and top with bacon, sausages, eggs, avocado slices, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
