For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version) Provides creamy richness.
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust to taste for heat.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Balances flavors with sweetness.
  • 1 lime Juice of 1 lime Adds brightness.
  • 2 green onions finely chopped For garnish and fresh flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

Cooking

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the seasoned salmon (skin-side down if applicable) to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until a crust forms.
  • Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Bang Bang Sauce

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.

Serving

  • Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Notes
