Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces non-alcoholic Irish-cream alternative
  • 1 ounce freshly brewed espresso, cooled (or strong cold brew concentrate)
  • 1 ounce zero-proof vodka-style spirit (or cold water for dilution)
  • 1/2 ounce non-alcoholic coffee liqueur or coffee syrup (optional, for depth)
  • ice cubes
  • 3 coffee beans or a pinch of cocoa/cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso and let it cool until warm, not hot (about 2–3 minutes).
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add non-alcoholic Irish cream, cooled espresso, zero-proof vodka-style spirit (or cold water), and coffee liqueur/syrup if using.
  • Seal and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the shaker feels very cold and the mixture is frothy.
  • Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass to remove ice shards and create a smooth foam cap.
  • Garnish with 3 coffee beans or a light dusting of cocoa or cinnamon. Serve immediately.
